Danielle Martak is a SSHRC Joseph-Armand Bombardier Canada Graduate Scholar and PhD Candidate (Critical Theory) in the Department of English and Cultural Studies at McMaster University. She teaches ARTSSCI 2A06 / Social and Political Thought.
Danielle earned a BA in English and an MA in Cultural Studies and Critical Theory from McMaster University. Her research interests include security, affect, teaching and learning, and postrecessional cultures. Danielle’s current research explores contemporary understandings of anxiety.
