Interested in the Arts & Science Program at McMaster? Join us for a Day in the Life!

The Arts & Science Program invites Grade 11 and 12 students who identify as Black and/or Latin American/Latinx and/or Indigenous to spend a day on campus and experience life as an Arts & Science student.
This event will take place on Friday 21 November 2025, from 10AM to 3PM at McMaster University.
Event Highlights:
- Meet Arts & Science students and learn about their experiences in the Program
- Attend a mock Arts & Science class – “Global Challenges Inquiry” – taught by Dr. Beth Marquis
- Meet the Arts & Science Program Director
- Learn about the Arts & Science Equitable Admissions Process for Black and/or Latin American/Latinx Applicants and the Facilitated Admissions Process for Indigenous Applicants
- Have lunch and explore our beautiful campus with an Arts & Science student
- Learn about the amazing resources and supports available for Black and/or Latin American/Latinx and/or Indigenous students here at McMaster
- Chat with students from the Society of Arts & Science Students
- Learn about the McMaster Access Program that connects students from historically under-represented backgrounds with information and supports to set them up for success in university
- Tour McMaster’s campus and discover athletic-facilities, residence, student support services, and social spaces (the campus tour is optional and will take place from 3pm to 4pm)
This FREE in-person event is open to all Black and/or Latin American/Latinx and/or Indigenous students in Grade 11 and 12 across Ontario.

Register now as spots are limited, and registration is mandatory.
