The Arts & Science Program invites grade 11 and 12 students who identify as Black and/or Latin American/Latinx to spend a day on campus and experience life as an Arts & Science student.
This event will take place on Friday 18 October 2024 from 10AM to 3PM at McMaster University.

Event Highlights:
– Participate in a mock first year Arts & Science class – “Global Challenges Inquiry”
– Meet the Arts & Science Program Director
– Learn about the Arts & Science Equitable Admissions Process for Black and/or Latin American/Latinx Applicants
– Have lunch and explore our beautiful campus with a current student
– Learn about the amazing resources and supports available for Black and/or Latin American/Latinx students here at McMaster
– End the day with some fun outdoor social activities with current Arts & Science students

10:00AM: Welcome to Artsci
10:30AM: Mock Arts & Science Class: Global Challenges Inquiry
12:00PM: Explore campus and have lunch with an Artsci
1:30PM: “Belonging in Uni” Chat with the Black Student Success Center and the Latin American Network at McMaster University
2:30PM: Fun Spikeball & Frisbee Social (optional)
