Arts & Science Bus Pull Team Wins Best Cheering Section!
This year’s United Way Bus Pull Challenge took place on Tuesday 3 October. The Bus Pull Challenge involves teams of 12 people pulling a McMaster shuttle bus 100 feet on the main campus. The Arts & Science team, consisting of Shelley Anderson, Rebecca Bishop and students Benjamin Anthony, Lily Green, Griffin Marsh, Mateo Orrentia, Avery Qurashi, Adam Sapa (absent from photo), Kiran Sharma, Grant Sweeny, and Paul Weiser, finished with a pull time of 15.92 seconds! It was another close race for our fourth time participating, with our team finishing in a close third place. The team was supported by Artsci faculty, students, and staff, who contributed financially and cheered the team on to win Best Cheering Section!
Pull4Mac is the kickoff to McMaster’s annual United Way Campaign.All proceeds donated and raised by the Bus Pull teams go directly to the United Way of Burlington and Greater Hamilton.
