Artsci Students and Prof Present at Teaching & Learning Conference

In April, Dr. Beth Marquis and Arts & Science students presented their research at a conference on “Opportunities and New Directions” at the University of Waterloo.

Dr. Marquis, Effie Lin, Victoria McKinnon, and Cassia Wojcik spoke about “Making Visible Instructors’ Use and Perceptions of Film as a Teaching and Learning Tool.” Dr. Marquis, Stephanie Bertolo, Josh Feldman and two other students also offered their paper “Making Creativity Visible: An Examination of the Presence and Positioning of Creativity within Undergraduate Course Outlines.”
