Arts & Science Professor Featured on The Hamilton Spectator’s Front Page
Dr. Lynda Lukasik, who teaches Environmental Policy Inquiry in the Arts & Science Program, was recently featured in a front-page Hamilton Spectator story.
In the story, “What’s your hope for Hamilton in 2019?,” Lukasik and other community leaders discuss the important topics for the city as it heads into the New Year.
Lukasik, in particular, hopes Hamilton “takes decisive action to address the climate crisis,” “commits to inclusive and sustainable ways to accommodate more people within our existing urban area,” and “mitigates climate impacts with green infrastructure by enhancing the urban forest,” among other things.
