Second-year Arts & Science student Ivan Kredl was recently featured in an article in The Hamilton Spectator about the closure of a cherished Westdale business. In a memorable message to a Spec reporter following an impromptu tour of the now-closed Westdale Village Shoe Clinic, Ivan, a lifelong resident of Westdale, informed the newspaper of the closure of the clinic after 45 years of business.
